Space is limited to the first 200 youth and chaperones/guardians to register for this event.
Temple of the Holy Spirit High School Retreat on Holy Ground will focus on talks that help the youth understand their dignity and the dignity of everyone else as a child of God through scripture and Catholic teaching. The day will include ice-breakers for the youth to fellowship as well as talks and activities that will help the students understand what it means to be a Temple of the Holy Spirit. The retreat is open to students currently in 9th - 12th grade.
The retreat is hosted by Kingdom of God Sisters and women that are discerning their vocation will be the ones leading the retreat. Kim Brown will be the featured speaker for the day. The retreat cost is $25 per person and includes lunch and a t-shirt. Youth who are attending through their parish will submit their payment directly to their youth minister by September 1st. The online registration at this site is solely for parents/guardians to register with their teens (if their parish is not attending as a youth group). Parents must attend with their teens. Parents will also need to pay and register for themself. To guarantee a t-shirt we must have your registration and payment by September 1st. Anyone that registers after September 1st is not guaranteed a t-shirt.
